Is your chrome updated too. Sometimes if i dont update chrome stuff starts to not work .

Oh that when you cannot scroll up anymore? That happened constantly until I eventually decided to clear my cache and history. Refreshing only fixed it temporarily for me, and the same problem returned a few post visits later...

It happens to me also. Refreshing takes care of the problem. You can also see whoever is typing or viewing from the side of the post also :)
