Oh, there were options I had to choose from I had to choose two laws out of four and the one I'm working on right now is the "Family and Medical Leave" act/law.

Okay so I reworded the question myself as "how has the Family and Medical Leave act/law affected state and local health care regulations?" but I'm really confused.
