For any problem like this, you need to list all the possible outcomes. You can roll a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 each with an equal chance. How many of these outcomes are greater than 3? And how many outcomes are there total?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

probability of greater than 3. Nuber cube has 6 sides, 1-6, numbers greater than 3, 456. Numbers not greater, 123. So thats half the numbers

OpenStudy (ashsmashum1290):
