Are my commas correct here? "Since the phone company, the one I complained about, sent me another incorrect bill, I had to call their offices in New York New York on August 21 2001 to speak with a manager."

You start off great! I think there may need to be a comma between New York New York, maybe not though. I do think there should be one somewhere in the date. Like August 21, 2001.
