Please help! I don't get double verb constructions....
The question is:
Using what you know about using two verbs in a Spanish sentence, create Spanish sentences using these verbs: estar, acabar, gustar, ir, tener and your chore vocabulary.

I was going to use: Estoy haciendo mi cama.
Does this work? My course said something about keeping the second verb in regular form, or did I misunderstand? Also, is this sentence correct? Acabo de barrer el piso.

I'd appreciate any guidance and will medal.

The verbs in Spanish are really important..  The sentence Acabo de barrer el piso. is correct.

Estoy haciendo tarta para mis amigos. 

I'm really not sure and I don't understand really much.. I hope that help..
