Do heroes have responsibilities?
yes all heroes do
not necessarily. Hero's can have responsibilities but being a hero doesnt mean that they do. A hero can mean a lot of different things and the definition is almost endless. It's person with great importance who has done something honorable. Honor is just like beauty it's in the eye of the beholder. Sometimes a hero is just based off of ethics or morals. Morals arent always considered responsibility. Example: A cat is stuck in a tree. It's not a bystanders responsibility or job to help the cat out but if you help the cat out I bet the owner and even other people would call you a hero.
well yeah its not the bystanders job but he still does it
@Rc_Phillips17 exactly! the fact that it wasnt his job means that it wasnt his responsibility. The fact that he helped the bystander just makes him a hero
The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for others is *exactly* what separates heroes from ordinary bystanders, so yes. Heroes absolutely do have responsibilities.
thank you
yes but i help out people all the time i dont feel the pressure of responsibility weighing me down. I dont feel like anything i do is my responsibility until i make a commitment to it.
