Factor completely 4x3 + 8x2 - 25x – 50.

(4x2 - 25)(x + 2)
(2x - 2)(2x + 2)(x + 5)
(2x - 5)(2x + 5)(x + 2)
(2x - 5)(2x + 5)(x - 2)

first note that the last numbers in the parentheses must multiply out to -50
so that leaves out B because -2*+2 * +5 = -20

look at the first one as its easy so expand:-
Distribute 4x^2 over x + 2 then -2 over x + 2 and see what you get
