The answer is B, because during World War 2 (my special hobby to study) Nazi also known as German soldiers practically tried going for world domination since they thought they were the superior race. So they tried taking over all of Europe, first it was Poland then Italy, france, etc. They were trying to take the U.K. aka England but they had the U.S.'s support thats when Hitler declared war on us (big mistake). So after the war building were destroyed lands were destroyed, so it was up to us to help them get back on their feet.
