OpenStudy (kash_thesmartguy):

The Magellan was a Venus approached spacecraft which left on May 4, 1989, and landed back on Earth on August 10, 1990. It mapped Venus using synthetic aperture radar. The imaging system produced images at 300 meters resolution. @katlove14
