Shouldn't OS get ambi to become mods or certain old mature ambi's to have mod tools?

I do not meet the requirements. I've been suggested many times to be a mod but there's one block that's blocking me so I cannot be a moderator. Plus moderators and Ambassadors do NOT matter to me. Why? Because I just want to help others not to gain ANY POWER!
