@justinspeedster I assume joint B is the "internal hinge" which makes this structure statically determinate. To draw the Shear and BM diagram, start with finding the reactions at B and C. Then split the structure into two pieces, AB, and BCD with the equivalent applied external forces. Each piece will be relatively easy to draw. Notice that bending moments are 0 at B and D. The BM at A and C are negative (tension fibres at the top) Post if you have further questions.
