Hi everyone, Please, what does it mean for someone to be fluid on papers. Some one said Mr Smith is Fluid on the papers, what does this actually mean? Thanks to everyone in advance

OpenStudy (tywower):

what are you referring to exactly because i have never heard that before. Is there a typo perhaps because "fluid" would never fit in that sort of context.

OpenStudy (tywower):

or if you heard someone say it then you should probably ask them why they can't talk

OpenStudy (tywower):

lol

OpenStudy (tywower):

what exactly is the source of this sentence, so i can further my knowledge on the subject in hand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You may very well be right, someone just asked me that, I have never heard of it before, perhaps the speaker may have been interpreted, she may have said fluent on the papers.

OpenStudy (tywower):

yea that's seems logical. i would accept a medal and fan if you are interested
