I'm going to a community college this fall, apartment style dorms...My college doesn't have a list of what we should bring, any suggestions for a first year? (Pretty sure all rooms have a bathroom, so no community bathroom). Any suggestions help! :)
Community colleges are commuter schools. Why would you live "on campus".
Not all are commuter schools. When I was up in Lassen, they had people in dorms there. It is a good solution when the county is spread out and not high population. Look at everything you use ever week. Toothbrush, towels, clothes, etc. What do you use all the time over the course of a week? Those are critical items to have. You may want to skip a few things if they will get in the way of your education... like games... it depends on your self control. The more motivated you are to learn the less that distractions are an issue. Then look at over the month. Any differences? Things you use regularly but may not use every day or two are important but not always critical. Finally, make a list from these that you think you will be able to fit into a small room. Space will probably be at a premium.
@abb0t i don't live too close to my college, and don't have a car. So living on campus with a bike is the solution to that.
bring any items that would be essential for living there
I already said that, http. hehe.
my bad
