This new (well for me) layout is disturbing, i demand we have a vote to bring back the old look.

There is no need to create a riot. Be happy with what we have at least its better than nothing. Think about the time and money spent to make this new layout and also the time it too to implement it and look at the fact that there is less lag than there was with the old design changes are coming so hold your owls before throwing riots and ranting .

People usually dislike the changes or new features. It is still in the process of getting better. Give a chance, guys :)

There was a discussion about letting the old layout stay with just the emporium and QH addition...but it's not as simple to change as it seems. Anyways, as Pooja and some others have said, there are good additions that have come and are coming with this updated system.

You could compromise, and use UserScripts to revert OpenStudy into something better looking. Which I have been doing for a very long time, even before the site took up the newer interface style.

It took me a few days to get used to it, but now I like the new layout, it's perfectly fine. But like I said, it took me a few days to get used to it.

its funny how almost everyone in favor of the new system has only been on this site for like a few months and they don't know how the old users have grown attached to the old layout...

I couldn't agree more with @acxbox22 . The old layout was fine and I was able to log in, but now ever since all sort of changes popped up in recent years, I can only use one browser which is Opera. Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome don't even want to go to OpenStudy anymore, and that makes it harder on me when I'm trying to help someone in the Mathematics thread. My Google Chrome doesn't log on at all, my Firefox crashes, and in IE I have to open a new tab just to type a comment.

I didn't have these problems on the old OpenStudy layout and I used those browsers as well. :/

My FF and Chrome work fine. Oh, and Opera users the Chrome engine so if Opera works, Chrome should work. Possibly it is some extension conflict.
