I got c. Tell me if I'm wrong, I was taught how to solve this by a computer so I am really confused. But I believe it's c.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i believe it is 75%, reason is beacuse... 20=100% 100/4=25 5times4=20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5=25% of 20=100% 100-25=75%
