How does the surface area of the single, large cube compare to the total surface area of the individual eight cubes? Report your answer as a ratio. okay so the surface area of one small cube is 1 cm^3. so the eight cubes is 8 cm^3 The surface area of the large cube is 2x2 (one face) times 6 (the number of faces)
