OpenStudy (meowlover17):

Could you explain to me the closure property as it relates to polynomials and give me an example?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The closure property basically is when you multiply/divide/add/subtract polynomials, the answer is always a polynomial.

OpenStudy (meowlover17):

Awesome thanks :D @Aureyliant

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is the closure property of multiplication, addition, subtraction, etc

OpenStudy (meowlover17):

So basically if i have any polynomial it can relate to the closure property?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup! Fancy words for such a simple thing haha

OpenStudy (meowlover17):

Appreciate your help, could you verify an example for me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

As long as it's being added, multiplied, etc.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure. Give me a moment

OpenStudy (meowlover17):
