The number of rushing yards completed by a running back on a professional football team in each of the 16 regular season games is given. The Stem-and-Leaf Plot has been created. Complete the plot by selecting the leaf numbers for the stem 6.
go through the table and write down all the yards in the 60s... the last digit of these yardages is the leaf for a stem of 6 as an example 68 the leaf is 8 so write 8 under the leaves section against a stem of 6. the leaves are always ordered with the smallest on the inside
That is still very confusing...what would be the answer?
There is more then one answer
ok... from the table way are the rushing yards in the 60s..?
Idk why?
so in the table at the top of the question there is a box... titled rushing yards it starts 43, 52, 98.... in that box... what are the numbers in the 60s there are 2 of them
5 and 8?
well there are 65 and 68 so you ahve 2 leaves... of 5 an 8 now go to the stem and leaf plot and, against the stem of 6, write 5 8 and that's it
Thankyou so much!!
