wait a second.. if p(x+7) and we are given p(-7) p(x) = p(-7) so we are given x = -7 based on that notation so we need to solve -7+7
everything cancels out...we're left with... nothing! :D

Since one factor of p(x) is p + 7, no matter what the other factors of p(x) are, the factor p + 7 evaluates to 0 at x = -7. Since zero multiplied by any number is zero, no matter what the other factors of the function are, at -7 function p(x) evaluates to zero, so p(-7) = 0.
