If the speedometer can only measure to the nearest tenth of a second, which car will have a different measurement?

as you have to round up the tenth of a second in this case is the .3
so
anything with 1-4 after the .3 equals .3
anything with 5-9 after the .3 equals .4 when rounded up so the answers for each would look like this.

A = 60.3
B= 60.3
C= 60.3
D= 60.4
