Who do I speak to about my notifications not working correctly??

Its not telling me when people reply or tag me in things. And its super slow about notifying me the few times it does.

It happens try refreshing....if not open a new OS tab and then try that :) this is a known issue

Yeah was hoping someone had a secret trick or something. I feel bad when people tag me and I just happen to go on their question and see they tagged me over 20 minutes ago.. Im saying "Sorry" to much. Sigh. Thank though
