You add and subtract the MAD from the mean to find the range. Mean 20.7 and MAD 3.0 means range is from 17.7 to 23.7 for Emerald Lake. I'd do the same thing to the other options and then you can compare the ranges.

Actually, you don't need to do that. The MAD's are all pretty close to 3, so just pick the 2 with the closest means.

That would be 25.6 and 14.8, a difference of 10.8. Can you find any other pair with a smaller difference. You were on the right track with A
