I wrote a random assortment of haiku. Let me know what you think.

Submerged
Immersed in ice-melt
Struggling to gasp for sweet air
Daring to breathe in.

Searching
Find the things you love.
In those special little things,
May you find yourself.

Scribbling
Insomnia strikes,
My pen is heavy and my
Heart is full of words.

Short
Human life is short.
Immortality is cheap.
Living now means more.

Sore
I'd love to tell you
That tomorrow heals all wounds,
But then I'd be lying.

Sequel
But I can tell you
That a day will come when it
Won't hurt anymore.

So
Face each morning and
Anticipate the day when
Time has healed all wounds.
