Well there are two parts to this that we're gonna solve, and they're separated by the "+" symbol. The parentheses will be going around the two groups on each side of the "+". It'll look like this $$\large (-12 \times -\frac{1}{6} \times 3)~+~(48 \div 3)$$ and ok, *sigh*
