But anyways, Native American Crafts: Colonists and Native Americans traded with each other. The Iroquois strung dyed beads and shells together to record information. Some New England colonists used Iroquois wampum for money. The Cherokee used painted clay beads in jewelry and clothing. @AliceCullen
