Well keep in mind that $$\large \frac{x}{y}~=~x~to~y$$ and you're looking for $$\large (time~spent~on~shooting~drills)~~to~~(time~spent~on~passing~drills)$$

ok thanks but this is my first time actually to work on ratios so I dont understand much can u explain a little more about ratios

It's really just a comparison of how much each has. If we're comparing 40 and 20, we'd write it and then simplify it.
