Initial velocity (u) = +25 ft per second Acceleration (a) ~ 32 ft per second s = ut + 1/2 at^2 OSers, please stop guessing around by 'looking things up'. Try getting a base for understanding the question and it'll be helpful in the long run. Now, because the toy rocket is going up and coming down as well, the displacement (s) is actually 0. So, the only unknown is time. Put in the values and that will be the equation that'll help us solve this question.
