I'm not sure, let's see... Can you arrange the data set in an increasing order?

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

i have 15, 17, 17, 18, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

So, i guess it is 19

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You have 12 number choices in the initial post.

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

aww man

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright. median is the middle. If the number of data set is an even number then you have to divide the sum of the two middle numbers in to two. Since the number of the data set is 12 and the middle terms are 19 and 20, the median should be 19+20 / 2

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

which would be, 19.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You missed the 25, apparently

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

i missed a few numbers, that's why I needed you to double check. I don't want to get any of my answers wrong.

Thank you for helping me! ^u^
