i agree with the law because more and more young children are dieing do to not being in proper car seats or booster seats.

Personally, I believe safety first, because why risk someone dying in a car accident over a stupid seat in the first place, when you could easily just put the seat in there and prevent further accidents from happening? I totally agree with this law, it is a sublime idea.
