Well, based on logical reasoning and common knowledge, India and China have the highest population, correct? Keep in mind that they are not developed countries (or India isn't) and that correlation does not imply causation.

Now.. looking at Canada and the U.S. they have much less of a population… why is that you may ask? 1. In 1st world countries, people are more educated 2. Adults want to have as many children as possible due to diseases that the infants may die prematurely 3. Some cultures/religions provide the belief that having more children is better etc etc
