I need to change a picture on my word document.. The instructions say-- Scale the picture to 10% of its height.

Its currently at height 7'

click the picture, go to the picture tools format tab, in the size area, click the dialogue box launcher in the bottom right corner of said area, then you can change the size of the picture more precisely.
