We can generally say that there were four main causes of the American Revolution.  These causes mostly came into being after the French and Indian War.  It was only after this war that relations between England and the colonies really deteriorated.

Thanks for the help! But I found the answer. What caused her and the Britons to rebel was that they had to pay very high taxes, some endured slavery, and when Boudica could not pay Prasutagus' debts, the Romans publicly stripped and beat her. And they also raped her daughters.
