The area of a triangle is 56.4 cm2 d the base is 12 cm. What is the height of the triangle?

area is 1/2bh where b is base and h is height. therefore you set 56.4 = (1/2)(12)(h) and solve for h which is 56.4/6.
So 9.4 should be the answer
