C but im not sure

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

perimeter means to add up all the lengths (sides) of the triangle... so find the total of all the sides. Area of a triangle = 1/2 * base * height Looking at your diagram, the base = 6 and height = 2.5 Plug base = 6 and height = 2.5 into the area of a triangle formula and we get: Area of triangle = 1/2 * 6 * 2.5 = ?

ight hold on

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7.5 is what i got

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

yes 7.5 is your area of the triangle :) Did you find the perimeter yet?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

naa

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

well... perimeter = total of all the lengths. So add all three sides and what do you get?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

15

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

awesome :) good job.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

no problem :)
