I sometimes see this person on OS, and whenever I click his/her profile picture, I get directed to the topics' homepage. Is this is a glitch on my end?

It's a ghost person. Basically someone that's looking at a question, but they aren't a registered user.

its not a ghost person its just a regular person without an account that is signing up
