So the outliers are 3, 151. That leaves us with 72, 82, 55, 62, 73, 90, 80, 59, 46,31. If we add all of these numbers up, we get 650. We then divide 619 by the number of values we have (10 because we took out the outliers). So 650/10 will get you your answer.
