HELP!!!The lesson discusses the plight of the poor farmers in Africa. Imagine you are a high-ranking official in the government of an African country. Write an essay explaining your ideas for bringing farmers back to the land. What incentives could you offer to make the farmers want to return? Give several examples of your ideas in an organized essay.

In this situation I would fist list out the ideas that I have. And if you don't have any then use google and look up essays like this. Then I would write a paragraph for each of my reasons and give some background information or proof to help.
