You are going to write a fairy tale! Your story should include all of the standard elements of fairy tales. ¥ Begins “Once upon a time … ” ¥ Animals can act like humans. ¥ Involves magical items or helpers. ¥ Ends “ … happily ever after.” Your story must also fully cover these math concepts. This is an educational fairy tale … the best kind! ¥ Create a quadratic function with two real zeros. ¥ Solve a system of non-linear equations with a graph. ¥ Solve a system of non-linear equations with a table. ¥ Compare linear, quadratic, and exponential growth functions using a table and a grap

wtf kind of assignment is this
you are being cheated
lol
This is not math.
it is
I couldn't agree more with @090909090909 .... that reply was too cool xD
its math but they want you to write it in story form
give that assignment back to the teacher and say AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND WRITE A STORY AT THE SAME TIME!
...
@wio its math just story formed math do you know how to at least solve part two?
this is bull**** wtf they want a story tell them you'd rather make up quadratic and linear equations than put them in a cinderella story!!
lol
xD I wish I could give more than one medal I agree with @marcthedark too
thats why my tellitubby even agrees with me "uh no"
@ganeshie8
@Nnesha
these assignments don't exist in higher level math...thank the math gods for that
..
this is statistics I believe ... AP stuff I'm not even in AP class.
well SAT stuff*
stats? I don't remember statistics asking this question, and I've only been in that class for a day because I switched courses.
well idk what to say but even some of my math tutors didn't know why I had this...
Ik @ganeshie8 knows this probably but he's currently busy...
yeah...even I don't know why either. English and Math shouldn't be mixed together.
exactly thats what I said...
@pooja195
Okay, I have a simple story. Once upon a time there was a princess who spent a lot of money on ponies. As a result the kingdom accrued a lot of debt the grew at an exponential rate due to interest. An archer who got laid off shot an arrow into the sky out of anger, which traveled a parabolic path due to gravity. A princess who was riding her pony across the valley in a linear path unfortunately was hit by the arrow (non linear system of equations). After the princess's death, the king was able to pay off the debt over time and everyone in the kingdom lived happily ever after.
-_- I hope that is not related to the fact that I used to buy vinyl pony figures (mini)
What? @UsukiDoll are you a princess?
no. I used to buy mini pony vinyl figures... not anymore... but at least they are small enough to store.
*small enough for storage
Did you end up getting the same one twice?
yeah that happened to me... I got 2 bon bons and 3 Derpys.
Recent episode was totally fan service, that is why they had all the background characters
wow thanks lol...
