Can someone check my answer for this question?

Which of the following is an actual zero of f(x) = x3 + x2 - 4x - 4? I got -1

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

that's correct :0 You can always check it by plugging x = -1 into your f(x) = x^3 + x^2 - 4x - 4 to make sure it equals to 0
