The first answer is completely wrong. You need to simplify, then factor. First, rewrite the equation into an easier form to work with. \[10t^3-120t^2+360t\] We can now extract common terms. \[10t(t^2-12t+36)\] Now, factor. 10t(t-6)(t-6) = \[10t(t-6)^2\] To get 0, x must equal 6.

I assumed 10t 3 was 10t x 3 and 120 t 2 was 120t x 2; the student didn't specify. @stel.la
But if it is 10t^3 and 120t^2 then yes, 10t( t- 6)^2 t, would be the answer
