Mainly, autism and that of language and communication. One you are sure to have picked up on is his lack of being able to pick up on social (non-verbal communication) and understand questions that were not straightforward.

Remember when Siobhan explains to him how a raised eyebrow an actually mean several things? This is because he does not 'get' the signals that say you or I do.

He would not understand metaphors as we would as he cannot see past the face value of words.

(Also worth noting, Christopher does not like to be hugged/touched.)
