use substitution it already tells u the value of y for both equations so lets plug E C into E D
4x + 8=4x + 2
pooja195 (pooja195):
solve for x

i just see how its possible to solve that @pooja195
pooja195 (pooja195):
?
pooja195 (pooja195):
And where are the options??

lines which have same slopes doesn't meet any where they are parallel lines. no solution exist for these lines @paytoncobain . they will never meet.
OpenStudy (princeharryyy):
am I right @pooja195
OpenStudy (anonymous):
4x+8 cant be equal to 4x+2 unless x is different for both, which isnt right, so theres no solution @pooja195 @princeharryyy
pooja195 (pooja195):
@princeharryyy is right :)
OpenStudy (princeharryyy):
that's what I said @paytoncobain
