ok here is another i have no clue what to do with... The following function defines a recursive sequence: f(0) = -4 f(1) = 12 f(n) = -3•f(n -1) - 2•f(n - 2); for n > 1 Which of the following sequences is defined by this recursive function?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

The sequence starts with -4, 12, Can you find the next?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-18?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

f(2)=-3(12)-2(-4)=-28

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the next one would be -28?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

yes, f(2)=-28

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and then 60?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

yes

thankyou
