A is the answer. any number that has last digit 2,4,6,8,0 is divisible by 2. and any number whose last two digits are divisible by 4 is divisible by 4

Yes, you did explain, but afterwards. You need to explain first, and not give the answer (2,4) before the explanation, please. The reason is once the answer is given, the asker could have typed in the answer to the problem, and never come back to see the explanations, which is equivalent to giving a direct answer.
