I wrote this about last Wednesday when a girl was smiling in my general direction (can't really say if she was looking at me) with the most incredible smile.
I couldn't quite tell
Where that smile was heading
Was it to meet my eyes and be admired
Or was it meant for someone behind me

I got to say that smile
Man, that smile is quite a sight
More than melts my heart from the inside out
Makes me smile to see her face graced by such a light

I have one question for you
Could I stand up to what you'd choose
Can I even compare
Is anything I do something to make you care

What else can I do
But to treasure the smiles that melts my heart
If you thought of me like I think of you
I would give up this business fighting me
