Alright, so I don't necessarily need help with figuring out how to do this, but I need help in calculating. A charge q of 1.3 x 10^-16 coulombs moves from point A to a lower potential at point B in an electric field of 3.2 x 10^2 newtons/coulomb. If the distance traveled is parallel to the field if 1.1 x 10^-2 meters, what is the difference in the potential energy? From previous equations, I'm assuming I'll use: F = qE Which will look like: F = 1.3 x 10^-16 * 3.2 x 10^2 Could someone please help me in this calculation...and correct me if I'm wrong? :P
