What is the simplified form of the following expression? -(6y-4z) A. 6y+4z B. -6y+4z C. 6y-4z D. -6y-4z

I'm pretty sure this is a simple question, though. I'm fairly certain the answer's D, but I could be tricking myself :V

Another way of setting this problem up is like \[-1 * 6y\] and \[-1 * -4z\]. Are you able to solve from there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All you really need to do is distribute the negative sign to the rest of the problem to open the parenthesis

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know how to distribute?
