Would you say it's 6 or 4? The options are 2, 4, 6, and 8, I would say although it looks like it is technically 6, each side has two of the same letter (H), so I think the answer is 4. Thoughts?

yeah assuming the H's are distinguishable. If not, then toss out the repeats
