Verify the linear approximation at (0,0). (2x+3)/(4y+1)~ 3+2x-12y. Will give medal to best help! I know the first step is to derive. I don't know if I have fx(0,0) or fy(0,0) correct

(a, b) = (0.0) -> f ( 0,0) = ... partial derivative at ( 0, 0) -> fx (0,0) = -> fy (0,0) = Plug it in
