I have no answers but I was thinking 17.63 cause I did 21.50 -18% and got 17.63 am I right? @ganeshie8

hmm, not quite, you can't subtract 21.50 and 18 because 21.50 is in dollars and 18 is a percent 18 percent is the same as 18/100 discount = (18/100)*(21.50)
but I got 3.87 would 3.87 be the price or what?
the price of the item is 17.63
